Lush Retreat
This project included a full renovation both in and outside of the house. Our focus was to use the existing outdoor features and give them new life to match the interior and exterior renovations. The result is a lush, textured garden that can handle both bright & hot and deeply shaded areas.
The home is filled with large windows that look out into the property. We focused on making the most of those views from inside the house, keeping an open and airy feel, while maintaining and increasing privacy. A mature shrub border backed by fast-growing flowering vines will add scent and seclusion on summer evenings in the back yard. Flower beds and an open lawn space connect the pool, fire pit, and pickleball areas which brings the homeowners into all corners of the back yard. In the front, we built a custom floating paver staircase and walkway and added dramatic plantings throughout.
